§ 4-5. Disposal of dead animals.

It shall be unlawful for any person who has possession, ownership or custody of any animal that may die within the city to permit such dead animal to remain within the corporate limits for a longer period than may be necessary under the circumstances to remove such dead animal, and under no condition longer than twenty-four (24) hours.
