§ 9-136. Inspections.

DHEC, Pickens City Fire Department, Pickens Police Department and Pickens City Building Codes Department may conduct, during normal business hours, unannounced inspections or complaint investigations of the locations where tattoo/piercing, as applicable to this article and SC Code §§ 44-34-10 et. seq. is being performed.
