§ 3-22. Sale on Sundays.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any wine or beer in the city between the hours of 12:00 midnight Saturday, and sunrise Monday morning, as provided in S.C. Code 1976, § 61-9-90; provided that any establishment licensed pursuant to S.C. Code 1976, §§ 61-5-20 to 61-5-160 shall be authorized to sell such products during those hours in which the sale of alcoholic beverages in containers of two (2) ounces or less is lawful.
