§ 2-116. Appointment; compensation; qualifications; term.

The city council shall appoint a city administrator and fix his or her compensation. He or she shall be appointed solely on the basis of his/her executive and administrative qualifications and who shall serve at the pleasure of the city council for an indefinite term.
