§ 2-43. Where elections held.

Every registered elector shall cast his ballot in the precinct in which he resides. For municipal elections only, precincts shall be pooled together to vote at the Pickens Fire Department in accordance with S.C. Code of Laws Title 7-7-1000. Any precinct that cannot be pooled under 7-7-1000 shall vote in their precinct's normal voting location as established by the Pickens County Registration and Elections Commission.
