This article may be cited as the stormwater management utility ordinance and is adopted pursuant to S.C. Code §§ 48-14-10 et seq. and specifically § 48-14-120, § 5-7-30, and S.C. Code Regs. 72-300 et seq. and 61-9 et seq..
