§ 15-1. Acceptance of streets by city; cutting of paved streets.

(a)

The city will not accept title and maintenance responsibility for any road or street unless such road or street meets the criteria established for county roads in county ordinance no. 28. The criteria set forth in county ordinance no. 28 are incorporated as a part of this chapter.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to cut any paved or surfaced street or roadway in the city without first obtaining a permit for such work pursuant to county ordinance.
